We focus on developing the decentralized organization model which allows each local chapter to adopt flexible operating methods to suit its local conditions. A local chapter could run with or without a physical centre. However, an appropriate space for exhibitions and performances should be one of its long-term goals. All of the local chapters would strictly adhere to the mutual mission, vision and core values. For other potential regions without a recognized chapter, there would be one or several ambassadors working with and reporting directly to the global board.

The Global Board shall function as a hub governing and connecting all of the local branches and ambassadors. We also maintain a Supporting Team permanently based in Vietnam to provide the chapters worldwide with various types of assistances, especially researching, consultant and digital marketing. The local chapters could also help each other as a gesture of goodwill.
